We are expanding our service partner network and looking for a Business Development Manager who can identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality service vendors across Bangalore.
Your Role
As a Business Development Manager/Vendor on boarding , you will be responsible for building and scaling RightCliq's vendor ecosystem for:
✅ Home Appliance Repair Technicians
✅ AC, Refrigerator & Washing Machine Service Experts
✅ Plumbers, Electricians & Carpenters
✅ House Cleaning & Deep Cleaning Teams
✅ Pest Control & Painting Contractors
✅ Water Purifier & Geyser Technicians
✅ CCTV & Computer Repair Professionals
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified service providers across Bangalore.
- Generate vendor leads through field visits, referrals, associations, and digital channels.
- Conduct vendor screening, document verification, and onboarding.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements.
- Train service partners on company SOPs, pricing, quality standards, and customer service expectations.
- Monitor vendor performance and customer ratings.
- Build long-term relationships with technicians and service agencies.
- Ensure sufficient vendor availability in all service locations.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to improve service fulfillment.
- Drive vendor retention and network expansion initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Visit local markets, service centers, workshops, and agencies.
- Register and onboard new vendors across multiple categories.
- Build partnerships with service companies and technician teams.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service commissions.
- Ensure vendors complete documentation and KYC requirements.
- Maintain relationships with active vendors and agencies.
- Coordinate with operations teams to activate vendors quickly.
- Drive city-wise expansion of the RightCliq service network.
- Experience in vendor acquisition, business development, field sales, or operations.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve onboarding targets.
- Familiarity with home services, facility management, staffing, or technician networks is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, or local languages.
- This is not a desk job. We need sales professionals who can meet vendors, agencies, technicians, and service companies in the field and convince them to join the RightCliq platform.
