Purpose of the Role
To support production operations through PCB assembly, soldering, wiring, and assisting in system manufacturing while ensuring quality and timely output.
Key Responsibilities1. PCB & SFG Assembly
· Perform PCB soldering and component mounting (SFG boards)
· Ensure correct component placement as per layout/BOM
· Handle production and service soldering work
2. Wiring & Panel Support
· Assist in panel wiring and electrical connections
· Support engineers in system assembly
· Follow wiring diagrams accurately
3. Testing Support
· Assist in basic testing of boards and systems
· Support QC checks under supervision
· Identify and report faults
4. Material Handling
· Collect materials from Stores as per requirement
· Handle components safely (ESD precautions)
· Avoid wastage and ensure proper usage
5. Production Assistance
· Support final product assembly
· Assist in packing and dispatch activities
· Help in rework and repairs
6. Workplace Maintenance
· Maintain clean and organized work area
· Ensure tools are in working condition
· Follow safety practices
Skills Required
· Basic electronics knowledge
· Soldering & de-soldering skills
· Component identification
· Basic wiring understanding
Qualifications
· ITI / Diploma (Electronics / Electrical)
· Fresher to 2 years experience
Salary:
· ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
· Will be reviewed after 6 months based on performance and skill development.
· Additional performance-based incentives may be applicable.
