JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate and monitor solar installation and service activities.
- Schedule installation, maintenance and service work for technicians.
- Coordinate with customers, technicians, sales team and other departments.
- Track the status of ongoing and completed solar projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to installation sites.
- Maintain records of installations, service requests and project updates.
- Follow up with technicians regarding pending and completed works.
- Coordinate material requirements with the stock and purchase team.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Handle customer queries related to installation and service schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation of project and service activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
