Senior Communication Designer
Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Communication Designer who combines strong aesthetics with strategic thinking — someone who can shape brand communication, lead campaign design, and take projects from concept to execution.
At our studio, designers don’t just execute layouts. They help build brands, create campaigns, and translate business ideas into compelling visual communication.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
* Lead design for brand communication and marketing campaigns
* Translate briefs and business objectives into strong visual concepts
* Take ownership of projects from idea to final execution
* Present design ideas and communication strategies to clients
* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
* Design across digital, print, and motion formats
* Ensure consistency, quality, and creative excellence across projects
What We’re Looking For
* 4–7 years experience in design studios / agencies / brand teams
* Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Design
* Strong aesthetic sensibility and typography skills
* Ability to think conceptually and strategically
* Confidence presenting ideas to clients
* Experience handling projects independently
* Strong command of **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
* Working knowledge of **Adobe Premiere Pro or motion/video tools
* Familiarity with AI tools used in the design process
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
