What You’ll Do
- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & other platforms
- Shoot & edit high-quality reels, shorts, and videos
- Write compelling captions, scripts & hooks
- Stay updated on trends and viral formats
- Collaborate with marketing & design teams
- Analyze content performance & optimize for growth
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of content creation experience
- Video editing skills will be added advantage
- On-camera confidence
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability
- Understanding of social media algorithms
- Self-driven, consistent & deadline-oriented
Bonus Points If You:
- Have grown a personal social media page
- Understand hooks, retention & conversion strategies
- Have experience in paid ads creatives
- Can design thumbnails (Canva / Photoshop)
