Technical Support Executive
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Working: 6 Days a Week
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts
- 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Requirements
- B.Sc. IT / BCA / Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Hosting, Servers, and Operating Systems
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Responsibilities
- Handle support tickets, chats, and customer calls
- Troubleshoot website, DNS, domain, and email issues
- Assist clients with cPanel, Plesk, WHM, SSL, and hosting services
- Support WordPress and other CMS-related queries
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
