IITIL is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual storytelling across digital, brand, and marketing touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand identity, design principles, digital marketing creatives, and experience creating impactful designs that communicate complex technology concepts in a simple and engaging way.
You will work closely with the marketing, content, product, and business teams to create high-quality visual assets that strengthen IITIL’s brand presence across websites, social media, campaigns, presentations, events, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Design
- Develop and maintain IITIL’s visual identity across all digital and offline channels.
- Create brand-aligned designs for marketing campaigns, website pages, social media, sales collateral, and corporate communications.
- Translate business ideas, technology concepts, and marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
- Ensure consistency in typography, layouts, colors, and brand guidelines.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Creatives
- Design engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, paid campaigns, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Create campaign assets including banners, carousels, infographics, ads, landing page visuals, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing and content teams to improve creative effectiveness and engagement.
Website & UI Visual Assets
- Design website graphics, illustrations, icons, banners, and visual elements to enhance user experience.
- Work with UI/UX teams to create visually appealing and conversion-focused designs.
- Support landing page design and optimization initiatives.
Content & Communication Design
- Create professional presentations, pitch decks, case studies, brochures, reports, and business documents.
- Convert complex technical information into easy-to-understand visual stories.
- Design infographics and data-driven visuals for technology, AI, analytics, and enterprise solutions.
Creative Leadership
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution.
- Review designs and provide creative direction to maintain quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, AI design tools, and digital creative practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or digital creative roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, social media, and corporate designs.
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva / AI design tools
- Motion design tools (preferred)
- Strong understanding of design principles, layouts, typography, and color theory.
- Experience designing for B2B technology, SaaS, IT, analytics, or enterprise brands is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with technology companies or digital transformation brands.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion-focused design.
- Knowledge of video creatives, animations, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
