Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Modern Business Development Executives. This role offers structured training, mentorship, and excellent growth opportunities in the field of sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential schools and educational institutions for partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, trustees, and decision-makers
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Promote and explain SeadNXT’s STEM education solutions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
- Represent the company at educational events and seminars
- Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies
