Key Responsibilities:
- Consultations:
- Provide full-time gynecological consultation services.
- Conduct online consultations to cater to remote patients.
- Offer post-consultation tests and prescribe necessary medications.
- Webinars:
- Conduct webinars for B2B clients and B2C clients.
- Deliver educational and informative sessions on various women's health topics.
- Program Management:
- Design and structure various health programs related to women's health.
- Implement and manage these programs effectively, ensuring they meet the company's objectives and patient needs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure high-quality practices are followed during patient consultations and treatments.
Qualifications:
- BAMS - OB/GYN from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in gynecology.
- Strong communication skills for online consultations.
- Experience in conducting webinars and public speaking.
Skills:
- Expertise in gynecological treatments and procedures.
- Proficiency in managing online consultation platforms.
- Strong organizational and program management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and patient management.
