Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and dynamic Promoters to represent our real estate portfolio across Bangalore.This role focuses on identifying suitable venues—such as office events and corporate spaces—for promotional activities aimed at increasing brand visibility and generating high-quality leads for our residential and commercial projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years in real estate promotions, BTL (Below The Line) marketing, or customer-facing roles (preferably in retail, sales, or hospitality).
Skills Required :
- Strong verbal communication skills.
Energetic, confident, and personable with the ability to engage strangers and maintain a positive attitude.
Preferred good understanding of real estate market trends and the ability to clearly communicate product features.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage leads and event logistics effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Should be able to stand for long hours and engage with a large number of people at events and exhibitions.
Must be comfortable working during weekends, public holidays, and outdoor events.
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and flyers in target areas.
Collect customer details and ensure lead data is accurate and complete.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and site visits.
Explain basic project details, amenities, and location advantages to prospective buyers.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
Assist in event setup and manage display materials.
Provide daily reports on leads and feedback to the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Promotion:
Represent the real estate company at exhibitions, events, malls, corporate hubs, and other high-footfall areas.
Actively engage with potential customers, providing them with information about available projects (residential and commercial).
Explain project features, pricing, and benefits, addressing all client inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
Lead Generation:
Engage visitors and prospects, gather their contact details, and enter them into the lead database.
Qualify leads by identifying their requirements and matching them to available real estate options.
Drive conversions by scheduling site visits for interested clients, coordinating follow-ups with the sales team.
Marketing & Branding:
Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional material to potential buyers.
Actively participate in marketing activities to increase the visibility of ongoing projects.
Ensure brand guidelines are maintained while promoting the company’s real estate projects.
Customer Interaction:
Establish positive rapport with potential clients and answer all their queries about real estate offerings.
Provide a personalized experience for customers by understanding their needs and guiding them through suitable options.
Handle customer objections with empathy and professionalism.
Report Generation:
Maintain daily records of leads generated, client feedback, and conversion rates.
Submit regular reports to the marketing and sales teams about event performance and lead quality.
Provide insights on market trends and customer behaviour for strategic decision-making.
Event Support:
Assist in setting up and organizing promotional events and on-site activities.
Support the sales and marketing teams with various tasks related to client engagement and project promotion.
