Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (Freshers) to join our engineering team. This role provides hands-on training and practical exposure to engineering projects, site activities, design, quality, and operations. The selected candidates will work under the guidance of experienced engineers to develop technical knowledge and build a successful engineering career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the company's Graduate Engineer Training Program.
- Assist senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Support engineering design, estimation, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Learn and apply engineering principles, standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare daily reports, project documentation, and technical records.
- Attend technical training sessions and continuously improve engineering knowledge.
- Support troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives.
- Visit project sites or manufacturing facilities as required.
- Perform any additional engineering tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Freshers (2025 & 2026 Pass-outs) are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with internship or academic project experience will have an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
