Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced JavaScript QA Automation Lead to take ownership of end-to-end quality assurance activities for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, Selenium WebDriver, WebdriverIO, Test Automation Frameworks, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes, along with experience leading QA initiatives in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA activities for multiple applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using JavaScript.
- Create and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test execution failures and troubleshoot issues.
- Track, report, and validate defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Drive automation improvements, test coverage, and QA best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.
- Provide quality metrics, risk assessments, and release recommendations.
- Support production validation and post-release testing activities.

- Defect tracking using Jira or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead QA initiatives.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
