About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and operational coordination. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers, conduct reference checks, and coordinate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations
- Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding process.
- Release offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, NDAs, and other HR documentation Through HrOne application.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate background verification and document collection.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRMS/HrOne platforms is preferred.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or technology company is preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
