Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive/Receptionist. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front-office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper visitor management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier, and mail.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professionalism.
- Assist in travel, accommodation, and office coordination activities as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, Arts, or related field preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Administration, or Customer Service roles.
