Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer communication, support sales teams, handle enquiries, and ensure a great experience for buyers and service customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer enquiries receive & respond on call/WhatsApp
- Follow-up on leads until final conversion
- Handle service appointment reminders & customer updates
- Maintain customer records, feedback & follow-up sheets
- Coordinate between sales, service & accounts department
- Share product info, offers, and finance options with customers
- Resolve customer issues or escalate to concerned teams
- Build long-term relationships with customers and walk-in visitors
- Post-sale follow-ups & satisfaction calls
Candidate Profile
- 1 – 2 years experience in automobile/telecalling/customer care
- Strong communication skills (Hindi preferred, English added advantage)
- Confident phone handling
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Customer-focused and positive attitude
- Team coordination ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
