The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and maximize direct bookings across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality marketing, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, content creation, and OTA marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Increase direct bookings through website optimization and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Improve website traffic through SEO and content marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create high-quality promotional content.
- Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to guest reviews on Google, OTAs, and social media.
- Coordinate with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, and MakeMyTrip to optimize listings and promotions.
- Create email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for guest engagement and repeat bookings.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommend improvements based on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Reservations teams to develop seasonal offers and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with hospitality marketing trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, resort, hotel, villa, or travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Excellent written communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
