Job Summary:
Sueeraa Alloys Global Pvt Ltd is hiring skilled Setter cum machine operators and helpers for our manufacturing unit. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in CNC/VMC/VTL/HMC machines and shop floor operations.
Open Positions:
- VMC Setter cum Operator – 3 Positions
- VTL Setter cum Operator – 3 Positions
- CNC Turning Center (CNC TC) Setter cum Operator – 2 Positions
- HMC Setter cum Operator – 2 Positions
- Radial Drilling Operator – 1 Position
- Helpers – 6 Positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines as per production requirements
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
- Ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy
- Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness
- Helpers to assist in material handling and machine support
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years (for operators)
- Helpers: Fresher or basic experience
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong attention to quality and safety
Salary & Benefits:
