Are you a tech-savvy engineer who loves interacting with people and driving business? We are hiring fresh and ambitious Technical Marketing Engineers to own and drive growth for individual business verticals (including Water Treatment, Solar EPC, EV Solutions, Battery Manufacturing, Industrial Trading, and IOT Automation). You will act as the dedicated face of your vertical, turning cold technical opportunities into thriving accounts.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively identify and map out new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, professional networking, and industrial site visits.
· Conduct on-site technical presentations, solution product demonstrations, and engineering pitches to potential clients.
· Build, nurture, and manage deep relationships with key industry stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and regional dealers.
· Coordinate internally with the technical evaluation and BDM team to prepare precise, tailored engineering quotations and commercial proposals.
· Maintain accurate, daily updates of your pipeline, customer interactions, and deal statuses in the company CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, EEE, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Civil Engineering.
· Experience: 0 to 5years (Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for corporate field sales are highly encouraged to apply).
· Traits: Confident presenter, excellent negotiation capabilities, target-driven mindset, and a valid two-wheeler license for field travel.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Field/Client interaction volume (Target: Minimum 20 physical customer meetings/month).
· Lead generation and proposal flow (Target: 20 qualified leads and 5 active quotations submitted/month).
· Closed Revenue against individual vertical sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month fixed base.
· Incentives: Highly aggressive, uncapped commission structure, where your earning potential is entirely tied to your success. Travel and mobile allowances are fully covered by the company.
