Key Responsibilities
- Teach all primary subjects (English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, etc.) as per CBSE guidelines
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and activities suitable for early learners
- Use interactive teaching methods (storytelling, phonics, activity-based learning)
- Assess and track student progress regularly
- Maintain student records, portfolios, and report cards
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
- Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, and activities
- Ensure classroom discipline with a caring and positive approach
- Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.)
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Training in phonics/early childhood education will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in primary classes (preferred)
