Role Summary :
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects with strong ownership of estimation, planning, execution, and client communication. Ensure predictable, on-time, and high-quality delivery across multiple teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own delivery of multiple software projects from planning to closure.
- Drive effort estimation, scheduling, and delivery governance.
- Ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality goals.
- Act as the primary delivery interface for clients and stakeholders.
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Lead cross-functional teams and enforce SDLC and Agile/Hybrid practices.
- Track delivery metrics and report status to management.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 10–15 years in software delivery or project management with a strong background in multiple technology stacks.
- Strong experience in estimation, planning, and execution.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery models.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, QA, and release management.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling multi-project, multi-team environments.
- Exposure to global / US clients preferred.
