Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads and bring new clients for our IT services. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, lead generation, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads for IT services and consulting projects.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Experience in IT sales, lead generation, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
