Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive for our real estate office. The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, attending visitors and clients, managing calls, maintaining records, and supporting the sales and administration team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and channel partners in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits.
- Manage office files, documents, and front office registers.
- Follow up with leads and assist in customer communication.
- Maintain office cleanliness and reception area presentation.
- Support administrative and day-to-day office activities.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and basic data entry work.
- Assist management in coordination and reporting tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Pleasant personality with professional behavior.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in front office/reception/customer handling preferred.
- Experience in real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Salary
- Negotiable based on experience and skills.
Working Hours
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
