The engineer acts as the main liaison for project-related communications, driving progress and resolving challenges to maintain momentum and quality throughout the development process.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable user interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security, and integration patterns.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
