Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations through phone, email, OTAs, and direct booking channels.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services.
- Operate and maintain reservation records using IDS PMS.
- Coordinate with international clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Process booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Monitor room inventory and update rates and availability as required.
- Ensure accurate guest data entry and reservation confirmations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for smooth guest arrivals.
- Resolve guest concerns and reservation-related issues professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
