About Role
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO. The role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence and draft professional communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business documents.
- Track key initiatives, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Support business meetings, scheduling, and operational planning.
- Assist in managing high-priority projects and organizational activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information at all times.
- Communicate with international clients and partners when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email communication.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Exposure to international business communication will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
