About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop business opportunities from Government Departments, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Local Self Government Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings, and other organizations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying procurement requirements, generating enquiries, building customer relationships, and supporting business growth through Government procurement channels, including GeM.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Government offices and institutions to identify procurement requirements.
- Generate enquiries and business opportunities for the company.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with Government officials and institutional customers.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Identify upcoming procurement opportunities and report them to management.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Assist in GeM-related activities and business development initiatives.
- Maintain records of visits, enquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and Internet.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Government Liaisoning.
- Knowledge of GeM and Government procurement procedures will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Nature of Appointment
- Contract Basis
- Consolidated Monthly Salary
- No PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, or other employment benefits during the contract period.
- The first one year of service shall be treated as a Performance Monitoring Period.
- Based on performance, discipline, work ethics, business generation capability, and overall contribution to the company, the employee may be considered for permanent employment after completion of the one-year monitoring period.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must be fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi. Willingness to travel for official purposes is mandatory. Applicants should preferably be residents of Thiruvananthapuram District and must be capable of undertaking regular field visits to Government offices and institutions.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
