We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ITI Electrical Technician to join our team in Prithampur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within our industrial facility. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles, safety regulations, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on various electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, identify root causes of failures, and execute timely repairs to restore functionality.
- Install, wire, and commission new electrical equipment, control panels, lighting systems, and power distribution units in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and local electrical codes.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, circuit drawings, and technical manuals to effectively carry out installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Ensure strict adherence to all electrical safety standards, company policies, and occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize electrical systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct testing of electrical components and systems using multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and other specialized tools.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide effective solutions to minimize production interruptions.
- Assist in the procurement of electrical spare parts and manage inventory levels to ensure availability.
