Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced .NET Core/MVC Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and high-performance solutions using ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, and MS SQL Server.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, and C#.
Develop and optimize database objects, queries, stored procedures, and functions in MS SQL Server.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
Support production deployments and resolve application issues as needed.
Required Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies.
Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and MS SQL Server.
Experience with Entity Framework/Core, LINQ, and API development.
Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development lifecycle.
Experience with source control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to AWS
Experience with Microservices architecture and Docker.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular
Experience working in a client-facing and Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
