Mandatory Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new supply chain partners (OEMs, ODMs, Rack Integrators, VMIs) onto SC.os
- Build and implement EDI and ERP integrations for vendors
- Manage partner integration testing and go-live activities
- Monitor feed health across Inventory, Manufacturing, Shipments, and Assets domains
- Resolve data quality issues and maintain SLA compliance
- Perform SLA miss triage and escalation management
- Conduct technical enablement sessions with partners
- Maintain end-to-end integration visibility and operational reliability
Required Technical Skills:
✔ EDI-830, EDI-204, EDI-856
✔ EDI Mapping & Transformation
✔ SAP & Oracle ERP Integrations
✔ ERP-to-ERP Connectivity
✔ API-Based Integrations
✔ Real-Time Data Exchange Mechanisms
✔ Data Quality Management & SLA Monitoring
✔ Root Cause Analysis & Feed Health Monitoring

- Supply Chain Data Integration
- OEM / VMI / RI / 3PL Ecosystems
- Vendor Management & Technical Troubleshooting
