- Patient Assessment: Evaluate patient conditions, record medical histories, and observe symptoms.
- Treatment & Care: Administer medications, initiate IV therapies, and perform diagnostic tests in accordance with physician orders.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to develop, implement, and adjust individualized patient care plans.
- Patient Education: Counsel patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment protocols, and post-discharge home care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, compliant patient health records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Supervision: Direct and support LPNs, nursing aides, and ancillary healthcare staff to ensure hospital or clinic standards are met. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Licensing: Active and unencumbered state nursing license.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are frequently required.
- Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, excellent bedside manner, and the ability to work collaboratively in high-stress environments
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹44,680.83 per month
