- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure consistent delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database integration.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and version control systems.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience working within agile development environments and continuous integration pipelines.
