About the Role:
Extreme Heights is looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Influencer Content Creator to develop engaging content for our real estate brand. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable creating on-camera content that promotes real estate projects, market insights, and lifestyle-related topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Act as the face of the brand by presenting property walkthroughs, project highlights, and real estate-related content.
- Develop content ideas, scripts, and storytelling concepts that drive audience engagement.
- Visit project sites and participate in property shoots and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video editing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Conduct interviews, client testimonials, and project feature videos when required.
- Build and maintain a strong online presence aligned with the company's brand image.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement.
- Ensure timely content creation and posting as per the marketing calendar.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong on-camera presence and confidence in public speaking.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms.
- Knowledge of content trends, audience engagement, and personal branding.
- Basic understanding of video shooting and content production.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate, lifestyle, or luxury segment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and content strategy.
- Experience collaborating with brands or managing influencer campaigns.
