We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP SD CS Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes related to order-to-cash and service management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. The consultant will work closely with business users, project teams, and technical developers to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing system optimization.
- Lead and participate in business requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement within SAP SD and CS.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD functionalities, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, availability check, and foreign trade.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP CS functionalities, including service notifications, service orders, repairs processing, resource-related billing, and warranty management.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments (enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms) and collaborate with ABAP developers to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
- Provide end-user training and create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to SAP SD and CS modules in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other functional teams (MM, FI, PP) to ensure seamless integration across modules.
- Participate in project planning, status meetings, and contribute to overall project success.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to SD and CS.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
