Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and structural works.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, IS Codes, and company procedures.
- Monitor labour productivity and subcontractor performance.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), site diaries, and work progress updates.
- Verify work quantities and assist in billing and measurement activities.
- Coordinate with the Stores and Purchase departments for timely material availability.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered with relevant experience.
Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
