Title: Enterprise Sales Manager/Account Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY DELIVERABLES
- Business Development: Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the CPaaS industry. Acquire new Clients across all Communication channels SMS, WhatsApp,RCS ,Email
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand client needs and tailor CPaaS solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Planning: Meet sales target, plan and present sales projection. Create a strong sales funnel and measure conversion based on target. Generating sales leads through various sources (Accounts Mapping, cold calling, prospecting) and building corporate database
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications or cloud communications industry, with at least 3 years in a CPaaS or related field.
- Education: MBA in Marketing preferred along with Graduation from reputed University/Institutes
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of CPaaS, SaaS, telecommunications, and cloud-based communication services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
