Job Summary
The Gas Delivery Boy is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of LPG cylinders to customers. The role involves ensuring efficient delivery operations, proper handling of cylinders, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Cylinder Delivery
- Deliver LPG cylinders to customers on time as per assigned routes
- Ensure correct quantity and type of cylinders are delivered
- Follow planned delivery routes for efficiency
2. Customer Service
- Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner
- Assist customers with cylinder replacement
- Address basic queries and report complaints to the office
3. Payment Collection
- Collect payments via Cash / UPI / Online methods
- Issue proper receipts to customers
- Submit daily collections to the office
4. Safety Compliance
- Follow all LPG safety guidelines and procedures
- Check cylinders for leakage or damage before delivery
- Report any accidents or safety issues immediately
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily delivery records
- Update pending deliveries and status
- Coordinate with office staff for smooth operations

- Responsibility and punctuality
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License (mandatory)
- Prior delivery experience preferred

- Number of deliveries completed per day
- On-time delivery performance
- Customer satisfaction
- Accuracy in cash handling
