We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Event Production Head to lead our production team and ensure the successful execution of world-class events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end event production for both corporate events and luxury weddings.
- Plan, organize, and execute all production activities from pre-production to event completion.
- Prepare production schedules, execution plans, technical documentation, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, freelancers, venue management, and clients.
- Oversee stage fabrication, truss installations, lighting, sound systems, LED walls, AV equipment, rigging, and power distribution.
- Conduct venue recce and prepare technical feasibility reports.
- Ensure timely setup, event execution, troubleshooting, and dismantling.
- Manage production budgets, BOQs, vendor negotiations, procurement, and cost optimization.
- Supervise warehouse operations, inventory, equipment maintenance, and logistics planning.
- Lead and mentor production executives, supervisors, and site teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and event timelines.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high execution standards.
- Attend client meetings to provide technical inputs and production solutions.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of corporate event production and wedding production workflows.

- Stage Lighting & Intelligent Lighting
- LED Walls & Video Systems
- Truss Structures & Rigging
- Stage Fabrication & Set Construction
- Audio-Visual (AV) Equipment
- Power Distribution & DG Coordination
- Venue Infrastructure & Technical Planning
- Ability to read and interpret production layouts, stage drawings, and technical plans.
- Experience in vendor management, production budgeting, and BOQ preparation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and on-site decision-making skills.
Candidate Profile
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in the event management industry (mandatory).
- Proven experience in handling both corporate events and premium weddings.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple event projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
Travel Readiness
- Must be willing to travel extensively based on project requirements.
- Should be flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours during event execution.
- Must be comfortable managing outstation events and coordinating teams across different locations.
