Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to drive student acquisition, school outreach, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have experience in both online and offline marketing, campaign execution, community building, and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Increase student registrations and user engagement.
- Build relationships with schools, teachers, and coordinators.
- Manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct school visits, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Execute email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns.
- Create marketing materials and promotional content.
- Track campaign performance and generate reports.
- Coordinate with sales, telecalling, and creative teams.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of social media, email, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO and GEO.
- Understanding of campaign analytics and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Creative, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EdTech, education, or e-learning.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM tools.
- Canva or basic graphic design skills are a plus.
