About the Role
AKASH STEEL CRAFTS is looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to expand our domestic market for stainless steel pipes and tubes across India. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial sales and a proven ability to acquire new customers, manage key accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across India.
- Generate enquiries through customer visits, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, industrial directories, and referrals.
- Develop relationships with EPC contractors, OEMs, engineering companies, pharmaceutical companies, food processing industries, dairy plants, chemical industries, fabrication companies, and infrastructure contractors.
- Appoint and manage dealers and distributors where required.
Sales Activities
- Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed purchase orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Resolve commercial issues in coordination with internal departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Identify emerging industries and growth opportunities.
- Submit regular market feedback to management.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts for smooth execution of customer orders.
- Ensure timely deliveries and customer communication.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
- Experience in stainless steel, steel, pipes, tubes, valves, fittings, engineering products, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer acquisition abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
- CRM and MS Office proficiency.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially aware.

- Monthly sales revenue.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
