Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Senior Performance Marketing to take the helm of our paid digital acquisition strategy. You will be directly responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid campaigns across major ad networks, primarily Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate lives and breathes ROAS, understands the nuances of media buying, and knows how to optimize funnels to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while scaling daily ad spend.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Build, manage, and scale direct-response ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), and other emerging channels (e.g., YouTube, Pinterest).
Budget & Bidding Strategy: Manage monthly media budgets effectively, allocating spend based on performance data to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and scale profitable campaigns.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test ad creatives, copywriting, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates.
Tracking & Attribution: Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Conversions API (CAPI), and Google Tag Manager.
Creative Collaboration: Brief the design and copywriting teams on high-performing creative formats. Provide data-backed feedback on what visuals and messaging drive the best conversions.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor daily account performance and generate weekly/monthly reports for leadership, providing clear insights into CAC, LTV, and overall campaign profitability.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, media buying, or paid user acquisition, preferably within an E-commerce or D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) environment.
Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience with Amazon Advertising is a strong plus.
Analytical Prowess: Deep understanding of marketing metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPM) and high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.
Technical Setup: Familiarity with pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and event setup. Mindset: Highly analytical, testing-obsessed, and comfortable managing large daily budgets in a fast-paced environment.
