Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
Skills Required:
· Strong knowledge of Indian/Continental/South Indian cuisine
· Food preparation and cooking skills
· Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
· Ability to work under pressure
· Teamwork and discipline
· Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare dishes according to standard recipes.
· Maintain food quality and presentation.
· Assist Chef de Partie.
· Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
