Location: Manimajra, Chandigarh, Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
We are looking for a confident and smart Telecaller to join our team.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in spoken English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IQ / analytical thinking and ability to understand instructions quickly
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good follow-up and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and communicate with customers/leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
- Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain regular follow-ups
- Update call records and lead information
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up
