Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items as per company standards
- Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, cutting, and marination
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Manage kitchen inventory and inform about stock requirements
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Minimize food wastage and control costs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques (chopping, cutting, etc.)
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
