We Are Hiring – Senior Disbursement Executive (Fintech)
Capora is looking for an experienced Disbursement Executive to manage and oversee loan payout operations.
Experience: 5–10 years
Location: Hinjewadi Phase, Pune
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end loan disbursement process
- Ensure accuracy in payouts and compliance checks
- Handle high-value transactions and approvals
- Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams
- Monitor TAT and improve process efficiency
- Resolve escalations and payment issues
Requirements:
- Strong experience in fintech/banking disbursement operations
- Knowledge of loan lifecycle, KYC & compliance
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team handling experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/MIS reporting
