Executive Assistant to the Founder
About the Role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to the Founder — someone who will function as an extension of the founder across the organization. This is not a conventional EA role limited to scheduling and correspondence. You will be the connecting thread across every department: execution (SEO, performance marketing, web development), sales, and admin/HR — ensuring alignment, follow-through, and momentum on the founder's priorities.
Think of this as an "operator" role for someone who wants to learn how an agency is really run, and who is ready to take ownership beyond a fixed job description.
What You'll Do
- Act as the founder's right hand — tracking priorities, following up on deliverables, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across teams
- Coordinate and align work across the SEO, performance marketing, web development, sales, and admin/HR teams
- Drive execution on cross-functional projects, chasing timelines and outcomes rather than just scheduling meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication on behalf of the founder
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) extensively to speed up research, drafting, and day-to-day execution
- Represent the founder's priorities in internal discussions and ensure teams stay aligned to them
- Take on ad hoc responsibilities as they arise — this role will evolve with the business
What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion for work that goes beyond a fixed job description or fixed hours — this role demands high availability and responsiveness
- Sharp, efficient communicator — written and verbal
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing terminology: SEO, performance marketing (Google Ads/Meta Ads), social media, and a working understanding of websites/technical basics
- Comfortable and fast with AI tools as part of daily workflow
- High ownership mindset — someone who follows through without needing to be chased
- Prior experience supporting a founder/leadership team, or in a similar high-ownership generalist role, preferred
- Having run your own startup or side venture is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
