Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, project objectives, functional needs, and design expectations.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and space-planning solutions.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, including:
- Layout plans
- Furniture layouts
- Ceiling plans
- Flooring plans
- Electrical layouts
- Section and elevation drawings
- Detailed working and execution drawings
- Prepare 3D views, renderings, and design presentations as per project requirements.
- Prepare material specifications, finish schedules, furniture details, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, project managers, site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, understand site conditions, and ensure design feasibility.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Review site progress and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Assist in material selection, sample approvals, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure that all drawings are accurate, practical, coordinated, and issued within the required timelines.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project-related documents.
- Support the preparation of client presentations and design proposals.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with MEP, civil, electrical, HVAC, and other consultants to avoid design clashes.
- Monitor design changes and ensure timely communication with all concerned client.
Minimum Exp. 3 to 6 years
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
