About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Executive to develop and expand our international business for stainless steel pipes and tubes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of export procedures, international customer development, and B2B industrial sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development
- Identify and develop overseas customers and distributors.
- Generate export enquiries through online platforms, trade directories, exhibitions, and direct outreach.
- Develop new export markets and strengthen existing ones.
Sales Management
- Prepare export quotations and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Convert enquiries into export orders.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Export Documentation
- Coordinate export documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations.
- Coordinate shipments with internal departments.
Market Research
- Monitor international market trends.
- Identify emerging export opportunities.
- Participate in international exhibitions and virtual trade events.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Finance for smooth execution of export orders.
- Maintain CRM and export sales reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–8 years of export sales experience in industrial products.
- Experience in stainless steel products, engineering goods, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international logistics.
- CRM proficiency.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to develop international business independently.
