PPC Junior Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Campaign Management
- Create, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Set up audience targeting, keyword research, and ad structures.
2. Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis.
- Optimize bids, keywords, audiences, placements, and creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion Improvement
- Generate quality leads within the allocated budget.
- Work towards reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improving conversion rates.
- Monitor lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
4. Tracking & Analytics
- Assist in setting up and monitoring conversion tracking.
- Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting.
Key Skills Required
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Basic GA4 & GTM Knowledge
- Keyword Research & Audience Targeting
- Excel / Google Sheets
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely campaign setup and execution
- Achievement of lead generation targets
- Improvement in CTR and conversion rates
- Reduction in CPC/CPL through optimization
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Effective budget management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
