Sales Team Leader
Sales Team Leader drives showroom and field sales, manages a team of sales consultants, and coordinates with finance and service departments to maximize revenue. They ensure sales targets are met, mentor staff, and oversee lead follow-ups, test drives, and customer deliveries.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales consultants to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Pipeline Management: Track walk-ins, inquiries, test drives, and quotations to ensure strong pipeline conversion.
- Sales Support: Assist sales executives in closing complex deals, handling customer objections, and offering financing options.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Finance, Insurance (F&I), Accessories, and True Value/Exchange departments to maximize per-car revenue.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Address escalated complaints and ensure rapid post-delivery follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings.
- Experience: Typically 3 to 5+ years of experience in automotive retail or field sales, including prior team handling or supervisory roles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, combined with a strong understanding of dealership management systems (DMS).
- Compliance: Strong awareness of RTO regulations, documentation processes, and dealership compliance standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
