- Prepare architectural, structural, and civil drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Develop detailed working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Prepare layout drawings, foundation plans, reinforcement details, and service coordination drawings.
- Modify drawings based on site conditions and design revisions.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, project engineers, and site engineers.
- Maintain drawing revisions and document control.
- Prepare BOQ support drawings and quantity measurement drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building by-laws and engineering standards.
- Visit project sites when required to verify dimensions and update drawings.
- Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
- Follow up with the client
- Attending inbound and outbound calls
